  • Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • For partially used or opened products, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used Terea sticks, JUUL pods, RELX pods, or other vaping products.
  • Products damaged due to user misuse or negligence.
  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective).

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, send the product back to our address (details provided by our support team).

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Costs
